Dr. Linda Gilliland is the founder of Winter Park Skin®. She is a leading provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures located in Winter Park, Florida. Dr. Gilliland is a licensed nurse practitioner and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida (1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado (1977).

Dr. Gilliland has a broad range of clinical experience, having worked with Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Orlando Regional Healthcare System, and other healthcare providers. She has also served as faculty at the University of Central Florida, educating the next generation of nurse practitioners.

A member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network, Dr. Gilliland has held leadership roles in various health care organizations and received numerous awards for her contributions to nursing and aesthetic medicine. Her research interests include exploring the potential risks of ultrasound exposure during pregnancy.

In addition to her medical career, Dr. Gilliland is passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness. As a former owner of a health-focused restaurant, she remains committed to promoting wellness through proper nutrition and exercise. She also collaborates with her sons in their business ventures, including selling aquarium equipment and pet supplies internationally.

Caroline Russel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017. With a strong background in cardiology and regenerative medicine, Caroline has specialized in aesthetics since 2017 and is recognized as one of the most experienced injectors in Central Florida.

Caroline is known for her expertise in dermal fillers, Botox, laser procedures, and regenerative medicine treatments. She takes pride in delivering natural, beautiful results that help her patients look refreshed and confident. His academic background features a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a master’s degree in Human Health Sciences from USF Health Morsani College of Medicine.
